What is the shelf life of your products?

The average shelf life of is between 6-12 months. You may store your unopened products in a cool, dry, place out of the direct sunlight.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local pick up and all orders will be shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to the orders once placed. Please be sure all information is correct before submitting.

Are returns and exchanges available?

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to perform any refunds or exchanges. Please see our returns and shipping information.

How many promo codes am I allowed to use?

We only allow one promo code per order at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will offer PayPal, After Pay and Shop Pay.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

We have a turnaround time of 3-5 business to process, and ship. We do not process or ship any orders on the weekend or on major holidays.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Your order total must equal $100 before any taxes, shipping or discounts have been applied to the order.

What methods of shipping do you use?

Currently, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) and work really hard to find the best rate for you.

Are your products cruelty free??
